The answer to that question is a qualified answer. Nothing is wrong with being rich as long as you follow the three caveats below:
1.) You do not use your wealth to buy special political favors and/or advantage (Socialism forces wealthy people to do that through taxation and regulation).
2.) You do not use your wealth as a cudgel to steal from others. (Again, socialist politicians apply this all of the time through subsidies and taxation and make it attractive to the wealthy to do just that).
3.) You tithe to God through a “LEGITIMATE” church. (Not the fake churches, which is most of them, that preach a false Gospel).
Those are three simple rules, and they are very difficult for rich people to follow either because they are incredibly greedy, ruthless, arrogant or all three.
Of course, to the person who has nothing, everyone is rich. So for this discussion, “rich” is being able to afford all of the necessities of life and many of the luxuries. Now of course we could debate “necessities”. Let’s say that reasonable and modest housing, clothing, automobile, food and health needs would constitute necessities.
Luxuries would account for expensive cars, lavish homes (multiples even), opulent travel, jewelry, fine art etc. A measure of that would be an annual income that is at least 50% beyond your necessities expenses.
