An Example Of Tricky Ballots In Colorado

Con Artists

As you can see below, if you vote yes it will cost you, and if you vote no, it will save you money.  Criminals run government, or maybe a kinder expression would be con artists!  Hey, it’s just Paul Newman and Robert Redford running a “Sting” on the people!  The second item will raise money, but at what expense?  Certainly it will add to the corruption of sports.

November 5th, two items will be on the state of Colorado’s ballot.

CC which if you vote “Yes” will overturn TABOR (Taxpayer’s Bill ORights – thanks to Douglas Bruce) and give more money to the state, and your refund that you would get will be eliminated.  If you vote “No”, then you will get to keep your refund from TABOR and the state will get less money.  Should be a no brainer!

DD which if you vote “Yes” will legalize sports betting (bookies), and they will be regulated and taxed.  If you vote “No”, then sports betting will continue to be illegal.  Apparently, nobody thought of decriminalizing it – there’s no money in it for the government that way?  Legal drugs, gambling; what’s next prostitution?
