many decades ago china realized that they were over populated and then decided that every family would be restricted to having only one child. immediately the chinese people decided that sons were valued over daughters and as a consequence female babies were eliminated immediately following their birth in order to make way for a male baby. fast forward a few decades and suddenly china did not have enough females for all of their males and they started recruiting korean females to be mates for the dearth of chinese males.
