Biden’s first day in office he shut down the Keystone pipeline, and by now he has shut down all on and off shore federal oil leases. Less oil? Same demand? What does a simpleton conclude? Prices are going up while availability is going down. Here is a possible explanation that is credible, but not necessarily the case.
