His approval rating was already in the tank on Election Day, it was in the tank when he finally popped his head out of the basement, and it was in the tank when the National Guard turned their backsides to his car on Inauguration Day, with one even hocking up a big goober as he passed to express his opinion. The U.S. is being operated by a criminal cartel.
