Therefore, If Bill Gates and others are guilty of developing biological weapons which are illegal to develop, then they should be arrested, charged with their crime, tried, convicted, and sentence to death! They would be guilty of murdering and maiming tens of millions of people so far, and possibly over time, billions of people!
