
San Francisco office vacancy rate at over 25% HERE. This writer having lived in San Francisco in the 90’s can say unequivocally that this writer never wants to go back! The following is a response from a friend who lives in San Francisco – very intersting:
John Dennis is chairman of the GOP and is a real estate developer. If I remember correctly he told me a few months ago it was 60 percent.
It is believable to me because when I drive around down there the sidewalk population/foot traffic is maybe a third of what it once was.
(Name deleted) works for and Indeed has a beautiful big downtown office but he often has it all to (name deleted). Most are working remote.
As leases expire expect more vacancies.
