A “Trial Balloon” is a term used in the political arena to describe a test for a reaction to an idea that will affect the populace – how will they respond – will they revolt or be acquiescent?  A “Trial Balloon” allows for arguments to be refined and objections overcome.  Is Covid 19 and the subsequent lock down a “Trial Balloon” for more draconian measures to come from the corrupt politicians and their Deep State handlers?

Remember, the oldest trick of government is to create a problem, and then come up with a solution that will create other problems so they can come up with other solutions so they can create other problems, so they can – well you get the idea.
