Facial Recognition – Use & Abuse!  What happens when a failed recognition takes place and people are inconvenienced needlessly?  What about the old adage “Garbage in; garbage out!  If someone pays a fine or does their penance, but some clerk fails to note that in the computer, then the person can be arrested again, and again.  It could be used as an harassment strategy against political enemies.
