When you watch the above video along with the news report, you’ll be hard pressed to give any credence to the “ALLEGEDLY” reference used, as a close up video It’s Violent At U. C. Berkeley of his crimes, combined with eye witnesses, combined with his voluntarily turning himself into the authorities makes his plea of “not guilty” very weak indeed.
