Antonio Gramsci, an Italian Marxist and founder of the Communist Party in Italy, was the formulator and author of the political strategy defined by the phrase “Pressure from below, pressure from above.” What does that mean? The objective is to get agitators in the street which then puts pressure on leaders at the top to deal with the agitators and their complaints.
In Charlottesville, Virginia, you had two factions fighting. They both arrived in the same buses financed by the same people (George Soros – who gets money from the U. S. Government along with other leftist organizations). In other words, in order to move the political spectrum further to the left, they financed the “Alt right” and the “Alt left” or Antifa to fight each other so that we’d have to clean up the problem with more government laws, regulations, limitations on freedom etc. For those unfamiliar with Communist philosophy; there are three elements to the structure and movement. First, you have the Communist leaders. Next, you have what’s known as the “fellow travelers” who are people willing to go along to get along. Lastly, you have what’s known as “useful idiots” who are the dolts who have no clue how they’re being used. A more recent term to describe these people is “Astro Turf”.
The limitations on freedom they are pursuing now is to infringe on the First Amendment which was designed to protect and preserve the right to assemble and speak freely in a public circumstance. Watch for calls to restrict that right. We already have “free speech zones” where they cordon off opposing groups a thousand yards or more away from the political activity being protested.
