Another assault on the Constitution? If this writer heard correctly; external forces fired employees of HHS without the Secretary’s knowledge or approval. The issue was brought forth to the Supreme Court which ruled the action as legitimate! If this is true, then a good person put in charge can be easily neutralized and made impotent as head of a Federal agency. Think about that! If all your “key” employees disagree with you and refuse to follow your directions, and you cannot replace them with people of your own choosing, then what authority do you have? NONE!
