The reality is to say it is complex greed.  In order to accomplish nefarious objectives, one must use proxies such as government officials to engineer regulations and taxes that burden corporations and compel them to take necessary survival actions to keep their businesses in play and profitable.  OPIC (Overseas Private Investment Corporation) which is not private, but government is a major legislated tool.  Its purpose is to insure companies that go overseas against any loss from terrorism, or nationalization by the national government where they relocate.  Add to that the fact that these countries where they relocate don’t have the expense of High taxes (America is 2nd highest in the world) OSHA, FICA, EPA, SEC, Workman’s Compensation, Minimum Wage, 40 hour weeks, overtime, Mandatory Health Insurance, 401K’s, Quality control mandates, construction and zoning requirements etc. etc.  OPIC allows for companies to lower their overhead by 70% or more.  They of course have to absorb shipping and tariff costs which are still well below the 70% cost reductions they have.  It’s basically employing slave labor.

The wealthy and the powerful always use proxies to provide plausible deniability.  The wealthiest and most powerful probably have at least three levels of proxies for extra insulation.  All they have to do is say to their first proxy and right hand “man”; “I wish _ _ _ _ _ _ would happen, and let it go at that knowing that their first proxy and right hand man will get the point and talk to the next level proxy in more specific terms while still maintaining their insulation.  That second proxy will do the actual planning and strategy and functioning as a general contractor will put together the third level of proxies which could include some high level street criminals like the Mafia, Politicians, or Wall Street slugs et. al.

The H-2B visas are another product just like OPIC to undermine America as well.  Enemies “foreign and domestic” need to be expose – especially the “domestic ones”.
