Now that the men who Jesse Smollett accused of having perpetrated a crime of racism and right wing political fanaticism on him have come forward to declare that he paid them $3,500 to perpetrate the hoax, how can we believe that the letter received at his studio was legitimate. Maybe he paid someone to write that threatening racist letter himself and they sent it in the mail for him as well to make it appear legitimate. He was about to be dropped from his television show until the letter arrived, at which point, the producer cried, felt sorry for him and retained him in the show.
