The 4th Of July Is Near – What Will The Propaganda Be?

The 4th of July is near and dear to many people in the U.S.  Does it have any real meaning any more, or is it just another holiday to take off from work?  We are told that we are a free nation with a great heritage.

America, according to the Constitution, is a “republic” which means a government subject to a fixed law system.  In the case of America and the Constitution, we are “endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”  The Creator is the God of the Bible.  Who can take anything away from Him They certainly do try don’t they?

So, if He gave us these liberties, then only He can take them away.  Now, here’s what galls a lot of people, and that is that He may just do that.  If, as the Calvinists of the day did, we believe that God is Sovereign over all His creation, and if we recognize that the Jews  (His chosen people), in the Old Testament, were sold into slavery and subject to submitting to the authority of foreigners, then history and good sense would tell you that America is not immune to the same possibility.

As corrupt as America has become, we are under judgment, and may just go down the tubes.  So, enjoy the 4th of July while you can, even though fireworks are illegal now. Let’s keep on promoting war, homosexuality, sexual promiscuity, alcoholism, drug use, profanity, pornography, ignoring the Bible, staying away from church on Sunday, divorcing, lying, stealing, cheating, murdering etc., and let’s keep it up until God’s judgment is final, and we are a slave nation.

Pensamiento Peligroso writes the truth as he sees it, and if it upsets you, then it makes you think!
