They cry separation of church and state

And so did GOD create

But when they cry for no moral standard

They will fall on times very hard.

GOD created all there is and it’s true

He did it because He loved me and you!

His law is good for man in all he does

And it’s His moral standard just because.

If you follow His law and do it His way

Be certain that it will surely pay!

Obedience is what He demands of us,

So hop on that righteous and joyful bus.

Travel the straight and narrow way

And always take time to pray.

GOD wants you to talk to Him

And He want you to be His kin

He adopts those whom He chooses

And of those He never loses.

He has a way to save from sin

To remove you from the noisey din.

He will give you a peace that passes understanding

Like a plane making a smooth landing.

His people do not beg in the street

And they are spiritually fleet

They can see the evil that’s afoot

Which is as dark as soot

But GOD shines His truth light

And He washes away the night

He keeps His own on the straight and narrow path

And so His people don’t suffer His wrath.

He offers a place of peace and rest

It’s a place you can call the best!

The name of the place is paradise or heaven

A place where there’s no need for any leaven

And to get there is entirely His decision

And He will not have His people in derision

For if they repent and believe Christ is LORD

Then His promise is good in His word!

This was the basis for early Americans belief

And they came here from oppression to have relief.

They laid down laws though not nearly perfect

They did cause GOD’s word and law to reflect.

And though sin is inherent in all of men

It was worth trying government again

Under the authority of GOD almighty

A Constitution was born uprightly

A nation was able to take its shape

And GOD took it by the nape

He established it with truth and justice

And said the responsibility must be us.

And for some time love for Jesus Christ

Was the guiding light – we had it iced.

Then came comfort and prosperity

And we lost so much of our clarity.

Now the world of the material

Supplants the world of the spiritual.

We’ve lost our way and are so very wrong

Are we looking at America’s swan song?

GOD does not need the American nation,

But America needs GOD and to offer Him oblation!

Once again America repent and believe

Don’t let the evil one deceive!
