There is a like heirarchy with the states, the counties and the cities. Almost all are useful idiots

At the bottom of the heap is you and me. Do keep in mind that we outnumber the above list about 1000, to 1. We are unwilling useful idiots and many of us do not know or realize it! What become apparent in the above listing is how well insulated the people at the top are!
