Totalitarian surveillance states want to know everything about everyone. This, of course, is contrary to what is customary for Americans. It’s also a violation of the Constitution and general human rights.

One of the coy tricks they use to get information out of you is to say; “If you have nothing to hide, then you’ll tell us what we want to know, or you’ll let us search your house, or you’ll turn over to us what we want to examine. All of this they promote with the idea that they don’t want to provide a search warrant or follow proper legal procedures to obtain the information. They are willing to violate your rights is the bottom line. They are a Gestapo mentality working for a dictator.

The next time someone, if they do, asks you “What have you got to hide?”, tell them; “It’s not anything I have to hide, but it’s what I have to protect- my Constitutional rights!” Make them follow the Constitution – no short cuts – no compromise! Know the law!

Ignorance of the law is no excuse is what any judge in America will tell you. If you’re ignorant of the law the government agents have to follow, then you may also suffer needlessly.
