From the President of the United States, to a U.S. Senator, to a U.S. Representative, to a Supreme Court Justice, to any U.S. State held offices such as Governor, Supreme Court Justice, Legislator, to any County office or municipal office and also including all military and police at all levels of service, they all swear to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution! No exceptions!

Article six of the U.S. Constitution says that it is the supreme law of the land! As such, all Federal, state, county and municipal laws must conform to and not oppose the U.S. Constitution. Anyone voting for or enforcing a law is someone who has been sworn into office under the above mentioned oath. This means that no legislator can vote for a law, nor a law enforcement official, under the oath they took, enforce a law that contradicts the Constitution!

No legislator, in good conscience, can vote for a law that contradicts the constitution. This means that if a legislator, Federal, state, county or municipal, votes for such a law, it is null and void at the time they vote for it, and any effort to enforce it is unconstitutional as well!

Now, let’s examine reality. There are so many unconstitutional laws that have been legislated that they are too numerous to count. Most legislators who took the oath have never read, or maybe not fully read the Constitution. Most legislators are ignorant of the Constitution along with most all of the other people in this nation who swear to uphold and defend it. Therefore, it gets violated constantly and most of the time with impunity and even little resistance.

Americans have been hoodwinked (cheated) out of their birth right, and they don’t even realize it most of the time. It is up to Americans to take the reins of society by a.) knowing the Constitution, b.) educating others about it, c.) demanding it be obeyed by existing leaders, d.) removing unrepentant leaders, e.) holding any repentant leaders or replacement’s feet to the fire so they obey the Constitution as it is written and INTENDED!

How do you know the INTENTION? Read the Federalist Papers in which the Founders wrote their reasons for writing the Constitution the way they did!
