Republicans, for some time have tried to hold together a coalition (“Big Tent“) based solely upon opposing Democrats. The problem lay in the fact that in many instances, there is little difference between Democrats and Republicans. If one person’s opinion (or a small group)set the standard for the GOP, then there is a serious problem because that one person or group may be, most certainly IS, in error on some if not much of what they say, believe and do!

The Republican Party, unlike the 2008 Democratic National Convention, has not FORMALLY rejected GOD and the Bible. Nonetheless, they have informally, by acquiescence and omission, rejected Him! So, whether you’re in the Democratic or Republican Party, you have, at least by association if not consciously, rejected GOD and His word. In so doing, you have made man, instead of GOD the standard. (Author’s note: many say science should be the standard – then it is man’s interpretation of the “science” and that interpretation may vary)

History is replete with men who thought they could resolve the world’s problems and lead people in the paths of righteousness. Needless to say whether it is a leader who outright rejected GOD, or one who embraced Him, they were flawed and the results of their efforts were flawed as well. Now some, most even, were much more flawed than others.

The Republican Party has been supported by the “Christian” community in large part for many decades. That will not last as people deny GOD and run as a Republican. The rubber willl have to meet the road at some point, and when it does, there will be a seismic shift, and in the process, the Republican Party will have to be broken up into at least two factions – believers and unbelievers. At the same time, there are Libertarians, Independents and Democrats who are or will become Christians, and they will coalesce with those disenfranchised Christians.

Will that be enough to bring about a change in America’s politics and to revive a Biblical moral standard in America? Only the LORD knows the answer to that question! The assassination of Charlie Kirk has begun some of that “coalescence”!
