A case to watch HERE! Does the 2nd Amendment say the right to bear arms shall not be infringed EXCEPT WHEN….? If you can make any exceptions, then you can make multiple exceptions until the right is eradicated entirely! How about the right to free speech EXCEPT WHEN….? It begins to sound like the U.N. Charter and the Declaration of Human Rights or outright Communism. May it never be!

NOTE: Under the Declaration of Human Rights (DHR), you have rights that will not be “arbitrarily” denied, but they could be denied by the implementation of laws! Under the DHR, the list of rights include social security, fair wage etc. These are weasel words that don’t exist in the U.S. Bill of Rights – see the difference!
