Jeffrey Prather defines the distinction between evidence and intelligence.

Evidence is “fact based truth that can be used in a court of law.”

and,

“Intelligence is assessed information protecting sources and methods.”

Intelligence cannot be used in a court of law, and yet, it is used to influence Congress and the President all of the time , and it is often times tailored and manipulated for the purpose of engendering a particular response or action. NAZI Joseph Goebbles, at the behest of Adolf Hitler, believed that if you told a lie often enough, people would believe it. The “intelligence” community has so many people telling lies in testimony to Congress and in advising the President, and that explains why America does such stupid things that seem so contrary to good sense and AmericaN‘s best interests. The “intelligence’ community is a murky bunch of people, who likely operate under the influence of very wealthy people pulling the strings from behind the curtain – “Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain; The Wizard of Oz HERE! Those “wealthy people” have somewhat differing agendas and strategies which explain some of the major conflicts and disputations within the government and among the governments. GOD, please confound these wicked people!
