Time to clear the air on homosexual “civil rights“. Everyone should be treated equally in the eyes of the law, and the Constitution and Bill of Rights are the supreme laws of the land by which all are protected, and by which all are accountable – NOBODY (and no group) is above the law.

The Constitution provides for the “general welfare”. Now unless the term “general” has been changed in its meaning, then it should mean that everyone should benefit equally and be protected equally under the law.

It is said that you cannot legislate morality (morality is behavior and the establishing of society’s norms and understanding of what is right and wrong). Be it known, that all legislation is moral, and that means that all laws are legislated morality. The question then is whose morality will be legislated? Shall we live under Aztec morality and cut off the heads of our enemies as a sacrifice to the sun god? Shall we, as the ancient Israelites did, sacrifice our children by burning them on the altar in a sacrifice to Baal? Shall we do as some tribes in Africa and take pride in what we can steal from our neighbors? Shall we buy and sell human beings as slaves for our own purposes? Shall we allow and/or promote polygamy, and if so, how many wives are enough verses too many? Think about that one – Elon Musk could afford to have hundreds, if not thousands, of wives, and Joe the plumber might have a tough time affording one – that’s not fair!

The above touches on but a few issues, and yet you can see clearly that laws deal with morality, and morality is the basis for the legislation of all laws. Why are the laws legislated in the first place? In a secular society which the left leaning and their self-indulgent allies see America as, the laws are to satisfy a special interest group if they are politically correct and have the clout to accomplish their agenda. This, of course, leaves out those who are not allied with a group, or who are too busy to pursue the alliance necessary for their group to be represented.

Those people just have to go with the flow of pressure groups. Does that make pressure groups right, just or fair? Of course not! (for a list of groups go to paragraph 3) If a group of wealthy green people pursued legislation making purple people slaves, would that make it o.k.? The Constitution is specifically designed to protect the minority from the majority, and the majority from the minority! Not only that, but the Constitution was derived from the influences of Christianity and the Bible. Ah, but you say there is a separation of church and state, and you would be corrrect! But, and this is a big BUT, there is no separation between morality and state as explained previously. So, we again come to whose morality will prevail. Will it be the Aztecs over the Christians. Will it be the green people over the purple people? If so, then we as a society are doomed to destruction and a great fall.

Morality must be universal and objective so that no man or group of men (women included) can dominate, and particularly to the detriment of others. Does that mean that society cannot restrain behavior? Not at all! Society historically has protected people against murder, thievery, and fraud to name a few. Indeed, the whole reason for societies and nations (groups of societies) is for the purpose of living peaceful well ordered lives with common purposes and treatment under the law. Can you imagine how long a society would last if everyone did exactly as they pleased with no laws and nobody to restrain evil (wrong)? That society wouldn’t last more than a couple of days before they were all killing each other off.

Now for those who have any Biblical understanding, this may be way too obvious, but there are many people out there who have never even given this any thought. Obviously, there are many in the church (representing Jesus Christ on earth) who have lost sight of this. Many churches have accepted homosexuality, and have even endorsed it and accepted along with it homosexual marriage. So, what’s wrong with that? Reality HERE!

If you don’t care about the Bible and GOD’s word, nothing is wrong with that! But, if you do care about the Bible and GOD’s word, then you will recognzie immediately that any sexual immorality, and most particularly homosexual immorality, is a violation of GOD’s law and is clearly stated in Scripture. In fact, in the book of Romans, it even says that GOD will turn them over to their lusts and they will get their just recompense from their actions.

What is their just recompense from their actions? The following is a short list that is well documented. A shorter life span. Greater violence in relationships. Less fidelity in relationships. Greater victimization including being “rolled”, beaten, cheated, disheartened, depressed, drug dependent, alcoholic psychological disorders, physical diseases and disorders etc.

Now when these negatives affect society as a whole along with accompanying pedophllia, STD’s, grooming, recruiting and so on, it turns out to have more of a negative consequence than a positive consequence. Now, THIS IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND!, this does not mean that homosexuals are not smart, funny, talented, skilled, or of no value to society! They can and frequently are of much value to society, in material ways, but in sexually moral ways, they are of absolutely no value – period!!!

Therefore, to promote them and their ideology (i.e. Gay Pride month with main street parades and public sex acts) is actually detrimental to society. Saying this will get this writer in a lot of hot water, but it needs to be said. Immoral behavior is not a guaranteed right! Homosexuals must be protected from some, not all, forms of discrimination. It is easy to blackmail a homosexual – especially when some of their activities are exposed and found to be exceedingly repugnant! Therefore, putting a homsexual in charge of intelligence work for the government woudl be very unwise. Allowing a homosexual to handle the food people eat is also risky as they tend to have issues with bad hygeine. Allowing a homosexual to sell cars at an auto dealership might be o.k., or doing commercial electrical work for a contractor also. It should be subject to good sense, and if adjudicated by the courts, equal treatment under the law should prevail with that kind of caveat of protecting health and government integrity being an overriding factor.

It should also be duly noted that homosexuals identify with their sexual proclivities, and therefore they go out of their way to promote from within their ranks. This creates a disproportionate representation of them in particularly influential spheres such as media, entertainment and government. This then leads to a distorted picture of reality and subverts majority interests for society and society’s best interests as well.

So, to address the main subject at the beginning, homosexuals have the Bill of Rights, the Consitution and any statutory rights available to them that do not jeopardize the rights of the majority. Homosexuals are a small minority (through propaganda, pedophilia and recruiting it’s grown from less than 2% in 1986 to possibly as much as 8 – 10% today). As a minority, they are to be protected from the majority – no harassment, no mugging, robberies inordinate discrimination (note above examples) etc. At the same time, homosexuals have no right to get anyone to accept, endorse, subsidize or promote their behavior through any type of pressure, and particularly government pressure!

And, ask yourself why they are “proud”? Homosexuals stop being homosexuals. Heterosexuals become homosexuals – that’s often the fruit of recruiting. It’s a wonder that Blacks don’t resent being associated with homosexuals. A black person is always black from birth to death. How can you be proud of your genetics – you had nothing to do with them. And, how can you be proud of a bad choice – a rebellious choice!
