FIVE (NOW SIX) US-STATES HAVE FILED LAWSUITS AGAINST PFIZER FOR KNOWLEDGE OF ADVERSE EFFECTS FROM THE mRNA VAXXINES, ANDFrom the Hat Trick Letter

They are Texas, Utah, Kansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana (now add Arkansas). Only Texas is a powerhouse state among these, but it can form a solid nucleus for court litigation. Robert Kennedy Jr has made this broad incriminating claim. Add destruction of the immune system, as in Vaxxine-induced AIDS to the claim. Kennedy reminds that the list of states comprises 10% of the US States, and that the tide is turning. The Rasmussen Reports conducted a poll, on whether USGovt and federal officials (like FDA, NIH, CDC) were engaged in coverup for the potentially harmful effects of the COVID-19 vaxxines. In all, 62% said very likely or somewhat likely, the firm majority. Add the fact that CDC officials earned massive patent income from the vaxxine usage and resulting deaths. Killing for profit in the $billions!

The Jackass believes the Trump-Kennedy duo will allow the US States to proceed with the tort litigation toward class action lawsuits, build the case, and proceed with damage awards. In the process, they will accomplish the important task of creating national exposure and public disgust, with motive to prosecute. The Nuremberg 2 Trials will come in year 2026 in the Jackass opinion, since greater exposure and public awareness must be created. A very important initial step must be accomplished to set the stage for lawsuit victories in many states and many countries. The Pfizer corruption extended to falsified clinical trial data submissions to the FDA, which nullifies their legal protection. They also are guilty of false labeling, a separate FDA violation of serious magnitude. It is not a vaccine, but rather a gene editing substance, which actually destroyed the immune system, produced clots, and enlarged the heart. The sequence of legal events will be intriguing, fascinating, and dangerous, since Pfizer will surely plot murders in defense. The sequence of legal procedures will be helped along by HHS Secretary Kennedy in stout form. He will aid the state cases with evidence for the prosecution. He will be threatened.

THE EVIDENCE AGAINST PFIZER IS PILING UP, FOR WRONGFUL DEATH LAWSUITS. THE CLINICAL TRIAL FRAUD IS AN IMPORTANT STEP YET TO BE COMPLETED. The celebrated former BlackRock analyst Edward Dowd has issued a red alert that excess deaths are still skyrocketing in vaxxinated children. Dowd also has been beating the drums in publicizing the continued rise of deaths, which he expects to rise from 5 million to 20 million in the next couple years. He expects a wave of deaths from people suffering serious injury, as they succumb to their wrecked condition.

Pfizer’s own study shows their COVID vaccines increase the risk of serious adverse events (up to 71% higher). The full study results were obtained via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request because Pfizer and the health authorities refused to make it available to the public. More smoking guns! Pfizer conducted analyses of over 6 different sites in Europe, observing over 37 categories in more than 12 million vaccinated individuals and 12 million matched unvaccinated controls. The hidden Pfizer Report shows up to 40% more heart conditions in the vaccinated. It also showed that heart conditions in the vaccinated has grown worse over time. Oops! Make that term vaxxinated.

Karen Kingston expects two major steps to take place within the first 100 days of the Trump II Admin. These are her detailed forecasts. First is removal of the lethal injection vials. Robert Kennedy Jr will issue an order to recall the COVID-19 injections within 72 hours of taking office or being confirmed. Their removal will be ordered within 30 days for compliance. Pfizer, Moderna, and all other manufacturers will immediately initiate a voluntary recall of all COVID-19 injections in the United States and around the globe. Secondly, the BioSecure act will be passed and signed into law by President Trump. As leader, he will not allow US BioPharma companies to continue to partner with Chinese Communist Party (CCP) aligned manufacturers, with motive to harm the American people. US BioPharma ties with China are going to be cut quickly and completely within the first 100 days of the administration. Mike Gallagher’s BioSecure Act will be carried through to being signed by Trump, by Representative Moolinear, and by the USCongress. Pfizer and Eli Lilly are major manufacturing partners with CCP-aligned manufacturer WuXi biologics, which collaborates with their Peoples Liberation Army. These complicit Eli Lilly, Pfizer, and other US Pharma manufacturers already started cutting ties with WuXi, when WuXi shut down their Philadelphia mRNA manufacturing facility in October 2024. The CEOs of Pfizer, PhRMA manufacturers, and Eli Lilly were not invited to the December 4th Mara-lago meeting to talk about curing cancer. They were informed about the imminent orders to halt the deadly vaxxine and its production. Some deals might have been struck, later to become divulged.

The parade of corrupted scientists and leaders has begun, with motive to obstruct the appointment of Robert Kennedy Jr to the Health & Human Services post. Forbes magazine reported that over 75 Nobel laureates have signed onto a letter urging senators to reject the nomination of Kennedy for the HHS post. The former FDA Commissioner and current Pfizer Board member, Scott Gottlieb has joined the corrupt chorus. Note the revolving door between the FDA and Big Pharma. These abominable people under cabal bribery, led by billionaire Michael Bloomberg, continue to claim that the vaxxines are necessary to save more lives. They will not succeed, and in fact, they will expose themselves for further investigation in culpability. To wit, industry insiders report that Pharma lobbyists will be going radio silent as the date of the Senate confirmation approaches. Give the odds as 20-1 in favor of Kennedy.
