The Constitution guarantees the right to life (liberty and the pursuit of happiness). All state constitutions are in submission to and in agreement with the U.S. Constitution. So why Kansas? When an abortion takes place, a life is lost. Not only that but a soul is seared. Sometimes a father is hurt badly. Then there are the prospective grandparents, aunts and uncles who could have been but aren’t.

As the saying goes cui bono (who benefits?) Certainly there is no benefit to the child aborted. The mother may have the perception of benefit, or more likely relief. Society does not benefit from a non-productive citizen, but I’ll tell you who does benefit, at least financially, is the doctor, nurses and facilities and vendors involved in the procedure. If they sell body parts which has been documented HERE and HERE, then the profits are huge.
