The corrupt manipulators of American politics have created so many divisions and splinter groups, that we now have the majority of the minority ruling the majority of all. As an example, homosexuals represent well under 5% of the population. Transgenders represent less than that by a substantial amount. So, maybe 1% of the U.S. population is forcing all of us to use particular pronouns to describe these miscreants. They are also forcing insurance companies and government agencies to finance their whims and the accompanying medical expenses which are huge! Meanwhile, well over 50% (the majority) are forced to go along. The Constitution was designed to protect the minority from the majority tyranny and at the same time protect the majority from tyranny by the minority.

Under the U.S. Constittution as chartered and intended by the founders, the precept of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness was not at the expense of anyone. It was a guaranteed opportunity, and stated in that guaranteed was that the government would make no laws conflicting with those guarantees. There was NO GUARANTEE that anyone would be happy – only that they could be happy. Life was not guaranteed, but the right to defend one’s life was. Nobody was guaranteed property – only the right to keep and protect it if it was honestly obtained.

Just because a majority of people (less than 50% vote sometimes) that is a majority of the minority, vote to take someone’s property and give it to someone else, that is Socialism through taxation, does not make it right or Constitutional. Often times, the majority is wrong – especially in the incident above The Ox Bow Incident when innocent men were hung.
