The first three pictures are recent MSNBC photos. The fourth is Getty Images. Notice the following:

1.) in the center picture Biden puts his left hand over his right. People are consistent in little habits like this, and the bottom picture, his right hand is over his left.

2.) Notice that his ears seem smaller and protrude less in the first three photos verses the last photo.

3.) Notice that the lighting is better in the last picture making the draperies in the background appear a different color. In television lighting, particularly in a set like this will be totally consistent all of the time!

4.) Most telling is the fact that the pictures are changed behind him. How many men who hold a responsible position in life have pictures on their desk of family, or possibley close friends? Just about everyone! Why are his being changed. Is he sitting at a set with a green screen?
