SOME PROBLEMS WITH EV’S (ELECTRIC VEHICLES) MAY MAKE YOU THINK TWICE INCLUDING RESALE VALUE!

As an aside, Toyota Motors (as reported in CAR AND DRIVER magazine) is working on developing a solid state battery. Their projections, which if true would be outstanding and get this writer on board, are that the range cold reach 620 miles! That’s more than most gas powered vehicles, and in cold weather would still get you 300 miles wich is still very good. Charging time will be 10 minutes which is very competitive with a fill up. Lastly, and possibly most importantly, the fire hazard will be virtually non-existent compared to the highly volatile lithium ion batteries!

Because (theoretically) EV’s don’t use gas, there is no gas tax collected from EV’s, so state registration fees for EV’s have gone through the roof HERE! Another battery fire HERE!
