Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing Pfizer HERE. Paxton would have been a lot further along if he had not been falsely accused and a victim of a failed impeachment attempt. If he succeeds, and attorneys general don’t sue if they don’t have a high degree of confidence in their success, then it will be a victory not only for Texas, but for the whole world!
