One of the first things that one must accomplish in order to rule is to insulate themselves from any accountability. Many rulers in history have been assassinated/murdered by people in public. Some examples would be Julius Caesar, Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, Nicolai Ceausescu and many more. You see, leaders are “public” figures. They either get elected, or they take power by force and/or stealth. They are known to the people, and are easily recognized by the populace. Therefore, as it is, I do not want to be known to the general public if I am going to rule the world! In fact, I want to keep as low a profile as possible. I don’t want to be in the news; I don’t want to be a public figure in any way shape or form.
In order to do this, it is also critical to align myself with people who share my vision of absolute rule. To do that, I need control over those people. To achieve that end, I need to get them first to agree to my agenda (with some reward promised to them), and then I must have sufficient “dirt” on them to threaten them with blackmail if they should decide at some time in the future to go against me, either in a struggle for superiority, or out of contrition (regret) for having ever joined my agenda. I will need to work assiduously to get these people positioned into important roles in finance, government, industry, media and philanthropy. The process will start out slowly, but will gain momentum as more and more people get “positioned”. It may take generations to get to that point, so I will need to have children who share my vision and understand my strategy for success.
With that in mind, there are a couple of other things one must know in order to rule the people with an iron fist/hand. It is critical to first take control of the money of a nation so that you have the ability to finance all of your schemes. In order to do that, you must advance beyond a “backed” money (gold, silver, copper etc.) to a “fiat” (on demand) non-backed currency i.e. a Federal Reserve misnamed “Dollars”. Once you accomplish that, then you may increase the money supply (and credit) at will as well as decrease the supply at will; creating booms and busts. This allows you to manipulate the economy and the politicians by directing the money where it best suits your purposes, and if someone is having too much success, then you can pull the plug on them and bankrupt them. Controlling a nation’s money is the single most powerful thing you can do, but more is necessary.
Once you have a strong hand in government, then it is necessary to create bureaucratic departments that start to regulate (control/manipulate) various sectors of the economy and society. As the bureaucracy grows, it becomes more and more easy to create unaccountable slush funds within the bureaucracies so as to develop “dark” money so to speak. That is money that is used in an unaccountable way to achieve your agenda without anyone really understanding what’s going on.
At this point it is possible, likely even, that there will be resistance. No matter! By this point, I have so much control over the government and media, I can create perceptions at will, and even rig elections to get my people in place. It is, of course, critical that “my people” are as Machiavelian as possible. Niccolo Machiavelli was an advisor to Popes, Kings and Princes at the time of the 1400’s and 1500’s. I am following much of his “the end justifies the means” strategy. Of course technology has advanced dramatically so that we have computers, cell phones and cameras everywhere! Therefore, it is easy to defeat any enemies I might encounter on my way to world rule. Of course, the best and cleanest way to destroy your political enemies is to discredit them. Tell lies about them and get your media stooges to spread those lies fast, far and wide. Occasionally that may be hard, and it will require a bullet, poison or an accident of some sort to eliminate that more potent enemy.
Now that I am substantially positioned to take over the world, I will need to get the general public on board. This is tricky, but I have enlisted the help of the many research facilities and foundations I’ve financed and promoted, and they have studied human nature and how to manipulate group thinking and action. Their opinions and studies are considered “expert” and to be relied upon by the general public, and the controlled media will corroborate that as reality! It will only be necessary to create fear to motivate people to go along. Greed and fear are the most highly motivating emotions/factors that move human beings to act.
I will create a worldwide panic that will be managed by one of my worldwide organizations which I have been financing for decades, or more likely my father or grandfather financed as this whole process is a family endeavor that’s been going on for a long time. Most people fear death, so if I can engender fear of death in them, then I have a good chance of herding them into a compliant state where they will do what I want. Of course, what I want is for them to give up their freedom and become my slaves. I want to have it all, and nothing less will do. As I lay on my death bed, I pass the baton to my son, and he will carry on for me until all are compliant servants of my family.
