In 1920 gold fell, then it soared!

The below shows the historical pricing, in German Marks, of gold & silver in Germany’s Weimar Republic from 1919 – 1923 as well as the gold silver ratio! (As an aside, in the spring of 2025 in America, due to banks shorting silver, the ratio got as high as 104. At this writing 9/2025, the ratio is approximately 82, and updated for December of 2025, 62)
