With the purchase of Twitter under his belt, Elon Musk has the option to live up to his reputation and rhetoric or do a U-turn and become a tyrant. He is known to be very fast to dismiss (fire) employees who are crossing an invisible line that he has drawn but not necessarily declared or clearly articulated.

The real test with Twitter is if he restores all of the “deleted” accounts because of political considerations only as regards failures to adhere to the “leftist’s” agenda. If he does that, he will be not only a hero and man of his word, but a true champion of liberty. In this writer’s estimate, if he delays to do that for more than a month, then he is not what he represents himself to be. Realistically, he could probably accomplish that task in the first week, but let’s give him the benefit of the doubt – for one month – no more!
