The prosecution failed to deliver on the defense’s discovery requests for one thing. They withheld material evidence in the form of a police drone video that completely exonerated Kyle Rittenhouse. The really disturbing aspect to all of this is the fact that the heavy hand of government can clamp down on the vulnerable without any justification other than a political motivation. Kyle Rittenhouse and his supporters will have to foot the bill for his defense, and the taxpayers of Kenosha, Wisconsin will pick up the tab for the prosecution. All totaled, the attorneys make out like bandits, and the little guy gets the shaft. The prosecutor acted shamefully and disgracefully, and engendered the wrath of the Judge who almost called for a mistrial with no possibility of retrial. What an incredible waste of manpower and time. The aftermath of leftist violence that the fake news media would call “peaceful protests” – you be the judge HERE.
