If you do not want to be murdered by ventilator, then keep this in mind. Hospitals want you or your family member(s) to sign off on documents that allow the hospital to treat you. A lot of people are being sent to the hospital to be murdered by ventilator. So, just refuse to sign anything. The hospital will be forced to release you, because what you sign is a release from liability that has been tested in court, and will eliminate any law suit succeeding if a loved one dies in the care of the hospital for any reason other than gross negligence which would be hard to prove, and is unlikely to happen.
