Undeliverable  Ballots In Las Vegas.  Here’s another little tid bit.  This writer had Las Vegas as part of a sales territory back in the 1970’s when Las Vegas was 350,000 people.  At that time, Las Vegas was the only city in America that issued a new phone book twice a year.  That’s how transient Las Vegas was then, and it hasn’t changed.  Do you think the overburdened post office was busier than a one-armed paper hanger handling this?
