There’s no doubt that some nonagenarians (90 year olds) have their faculties and are pretty sharp.  Obviously, retired Supreme Court Justice Stevens doesn’t necessarily have that problem.  His problem is that he is an unprincipled leftist who never intended to honor his oath of office as a justice to begin with, and now he just has an oath to protect and defend himself.  So, now he’s out performing mischief (treason), and using his “emeritus” status to push the Constitution overboard in favor of the leftist New World Order elitist hegemony over the individuals of this world.  May God give him either repentance or a really bad urological problem, and make his teeth fall out, if he has any left.
