What do you call it when….

A person doesn’t know whether they are a man, woman or animal?

A person plans and puts into effect those same plans to murder multiple people at random?

A person self mutilates themselves so their body no longer looks like or functions like it did?

A person condemns and even assaults someone who disagrees with them?

A person disregards the law and the authority that makes and implements that law?

A person hates the country in which they live, and acts to destroy it?

A person ingests alcohol and/or drugs in excess at the expense of their physical and mental health and/or life?

A person acts violently toward others with absolutely no provocation?

A person joins in with a crowd of people known or unknown to them and protests in ignorance?

There are certainly other behaviors that could be cited here, but that is sufficient. In today’s society, the solution that is offered for these issues is “counseling” and pharmaceuticals. Are those successful approaches? In order to answer that, it is necessary to demonstrate that the problems have diminished. They have not! Therefore, there must be another solution.

To have a real solution, it is important to understand what the problem is. Today’s society, through the implementation of psychiatry, psychology and their accompanying pharmaceuticals, would tell you that the problem is primarily environmental, and therefore has resulted in behavior that is normal and to be expected by people who have grown up, deprived or discriminated against, or on a rare occasion have a physiological issue. As such these conditions have led to substance abuse, and the exhibition of violence either verbal or physical.

That philosophy of the world does not comport with another philosophy. There is a philosophy that says an individual is responsible for their actions regardless of their environment. Within that context, there is also a recognition that there are those who are suffering from some kind of demonic possession. The first condition is known as sin and is revealed as a problem from the very beginning of recorded history in the Bible. The demonic possession, according to Scripture is healed through prayer and fasting.

The bottom line is that our current trajectory is an egregious failure. There was a time in America when Biblical law and morality prevailed, and society was reasonably orderly, highly prosperous, and mostly peaceful. If you look around today, you will see massive dicontent, violence, injustice, censorship, vitriol, lying, stealing, murder, war, drug abuse, alcoholism, divorce, adultery, fornication, sexually transmitted diseases, homosexuality, transgenderism, child sex trafficking, pedophilia, human trafficking, fraud, sabotage, treason, the breakdown of order in society, and much more.
