UBI (Universal Basic Income) will eliminate incentive to be productive – that’s human nature. People will stay home and do nothing. Society cannot survive that – minimal to “0” productivity will not last long. The logical consequence will be that, as the government becomes the employer, they will also determine what someon has to do to receive their UBI. That could easily be defined as a slave state. Socialism is a vehicle to achieve that objective. There is an old saying; “Behind the velvet glove of socialism is an iron fist !” The iron fist will not be revealed until the socialist system is well entrenched and people are substantially, if not totally, dependent upon it. The government is the spider, the people are the fly and socialist programs are the web. If anyone is stupid enough to believe Mamdani, the new mayor of New York City, is able to use socialism to resolve any problems – economic or otherwise – they will be sorely disappointed – guaranteed!

The old addage of the frog being slowly boiled is demonstrated right before your eyes. Christians, in large part, the church almost totally, conservatives, and even patriots are having their strength sapped, and that is clear from the flaccid response you see. Is America doomed? Apart from massive repentance, revival and reformation, YES!
