Do You Have A License?

Driver’s License Sample

What is a license? It could be a driver’s license. Or it could be a license to practice medicine or operate a business or perform a profession like electrician or plumber. It functions as conferring the status of “APPROVED” on the business or individual receiving it so that they can operate within the parameters allowed them by the licensing authority – that being the government.

Of course it also confers two things upon the government as well. One is revenue, and two is power. Acknowledging that the government is endowed with this power also acknoweldges that the license conferred (issued) may be revoked. During the COVID pLandemic, many individuals and facilities were “delicensed” due to their support and use of the highly effective and well respected Hydroxychlorquine and Ivermectin as alternatives to the untiried, unproven, more deadly and ineffective protocols of opioids, COVID vaccines, ventillators and Remdesivir which in combination were very successful in causing a lot of deaths and medical conditions that required additional expenses and suffering.

On the other hand, those who promoted the “approved” protocols were not only able to keep their licenses, but they were handsomely rewarded even though they caused immense damage and harm.

But, let’s go back to licenses. Have you ever seen a “licensed” driver do something life threatening and dangerous? Has a licensed driver ever fled the scene of an accident illeglally or driven without insurance? Have you ever seen one drive drunk or under the influence of drugs? Have you ever seen one drive distracted? Have you ever seen one driving a street “unworthy” vehicle in great disprepair or belching out billows of black smoke? My guess is you have, but that person was “licensed”, and therefore deemed worthy of the judgment needed, and integrity necessary to possess that license.

Do you ever see business and/or medical malpractice ads by attorneys suing said “licensed” people or entities? Yes you do. But, the government got their license fees, and they were able to employ inspectors to go around and make sure all of the licensees were in compliance with regulations. Did any of the inspectors ever get bribed to turn a blind eye? Likely that happened on occasion if not frequently.

Licensing is no more than a fraud perpetrated upon a people who do not want to be responsible for themselves and to do their own homework to determine the quality and level of a service or product being offered. The old Latin addage; Caveat Emptor (Let the buyer beware) went out the window a long time ago. Once, word of mouth advertising was good as gold and how people established reputations in the business world – one customer at a time – one patient at a time. That’s too slow for today’s fast paced world!

In some cases, licensing is designed to thwart competition or free speech HERE!
