U.S. Secretary of Commerce hasn’t paid attention to the port strike HERE! (She does have time to campaign for Skamala Harris) It’s been 47 years since the last port strike, and it was very damaging.

Today, we have just experienced a very devastaing hurricane with hundreds dead and over a thousand missing plus billions of dollars in damage. We have a “just-in-time” inventory system which means a brief interruption in the supply chain will shut down retail, and medical in short order. We also are on the cusp of a Middleast war and WW III, and war material will not be available! Remember a large percentage of medicines come from China. An interruption of a couple of weeks will start to shut down food supplies. Additionally, we have tens of millions of impoverished (on Federal subisidies) immigrants throughout the nation including in the middle of the hurricane devastaion. The “real” unemployemnt rate is over 25%! Our cities’ infrastructure is falling apart and is flooded with homeless people. We have drug abuse which is rampant. Our nation is bakrupt (spending money they don’t have – covering it by printing more money which devalues it causing inflation to spiral). This has also led to the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China & South Africa) monetary system, and they are being joined by dozens of other countries. These countries will exchange in gold backed BRICS verses dollars – hey what’s not to worry about America? Our politicians are corrupt, and acting against the best interests of the American population – who’s paying them to do this? Some leaders are being charged criminally! Add these things up along with many others noted in previous posts in ths BLOG, and the future is looking very grim!
