Soviet Dictator Joseph Stalin has attributed to him the statement; it matters not who votes, but it is very important who counts the votes. You Tube videos on the reality and ease of hacking the voting machines are readily available HERE and many more as well! This writer remembers when election results were determined before his 10 p.m. bed time – with rare exception, some counts went into the wee hours of the morning, but results were always firmly established by the following day in the early a.m.

That’s a big contrast to the 2020 election which was hijacked by plumbing leaks, late ballot deliveries and counts from mail in ballots, covered windows so witnessing the count was not possible as well as software tabulation that was rigged/hacked etc. etc. So, what’s the solution to restoring voting integrity and credibility?

Joseph Stalin would be delighted with today’s methodology of counting votes. It’s done by preprogrammed software. How many software experts do we have here? They are a small percentage of the whole of the populace. Even if you are an expert, how easily can you get a look at the code and read it?

What if the software code is changed at the last minute, and designed to count one extra vote for candidate “A” for every two votes candidate “B” gets? Note that most of the polling (if you’re gullible enough to believe the polling) shows a close race of 49.5% to 50.5%, so when the people who really worked hard to get their candidate elected lose by a half percentage point or maybe a percentage point (always enough to avoid a recount), then they just throw up their hands and say we put up a good fight, and we’ll do better next time. Little do they know that they did a good job, but they got cheated by the counters. (The counters in this case are tabulators using software that is preprogrammed for a certain outcome.)

The solution is simple and goes back to the way things were done before the computer industry hijacked America! THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY FOR SECURE ELECTIONS – AS FOLLOWS:

1. Nobody casts a ballot unless they are a.) a U.S. citizen, b.) have a valid I.D., and c.) if an absentee ballot, then witnessed by a U.S. citizen with a valid I.D. whose I.D. is noted on the absentee ballot – No Exceptions!

2. All ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on election day – No Exceptions

3. No early voting except for legitimate absentee voters who are either military stationed overseas or disabled people who cannot access the polling station – No Exceptions

4. No unmonitored drop boxes. Any failure to verify chain of custody of ballots will void those ballots in question – No Exceptions

5. All ballots must be hard copies which are saved until the elected person is officially sworn in – No Exceptions

6. All ballots must be hand counted and be witnessed by at least two (although not limited to two) interested parties who are not from the same party – No Exceptions

If these six steps are implemented and adhered to, then we will substantially restore very honest elections with prompt results. Under the current circumstances, poll watching is a waste of time because the poll watchers do not do the counting, nor do they witness it. Poll watching will be worthwhile if the above six steps are implemented.
