Communism will never, NEVER work! That of course doesn’t mean it won’t be implemented. In fact, its implementation in America is almost certain, and is well on its way to fruition – Kamala Harris is on record as pro-Communist! So, let’s examine why it won’t work.
Communism operates from the top down through a highly centralized government. As such, it is people at the top who decide what everyone “wants” or “needs” and so also, what and how much is produced. In a free enterprise system, the demand is generated from the people at the bottom of the heap, and they are much greater in numbers, and so show market demand in real time. The top 1% never can decide for the 99% accurately. What ends up happening is major shortages and surpluses develop due to the hubris of those deciding and who have no idea what they are doing, nor are they qualified to make those decisions. Basically, they have eliminated the concept of competition which leads to innovation, price and/or cost reductions and improvements.
Communism operates on a theory of “egalitarianism” (for the proletariat -99% – only of course) or an evaluation of each person having equal worth, and so they get “equal” pay. For example, a doctor of medicine makes no more than a garbage collector. Skills and accomplishments are of no particular value – the market doesn’t decide the pay. This also means that innovation (as noted in a recent speech by Xi) is not rewarded any more than the garbage collector. In other words, Communism stifles incentive, and a free market provides and encourages incentives. In fact, thinking outside the box so to speak, is a dangerous activity in a Communist society. It rocks the boat of the power elite who want to know everything that’s going on and what everyone is saying and or doing and to micromanage it all. It stifles all free thought and action. It also does not allow for any “private” property. The state owns everything, at least in theory, and they certainly conrtol everything.
Communism, due to its failure to be innovative, can only grow through the theft of technological advancements. This presents a multitude of dilemmas. Firstly, the Communist must use spies to infiltrate a free enterprise society to pursue the theft. Once in place, they must know where to look. In a free enterprise system, there can be multiple people at the lowest level of the economic ladder who are seeking to discover and/or develop a new product, technology or service. How do the spies know who and where these people are? If they should know who and where these people are, then how will they know which ones will succeed, and which will fail? Once they have latched on to something they have assessed as worthwhile, then they must understand its nature and how to send that information back to their home base. Once the home base receives it, then the central authorities must decide if it is worth the pursuit, and how to go about it. After that, they must implement it and get it out to their own marketplace. The delay factor in that approach would take anywhere from several months at least to years at most, and in the meantime, the free enterprise system already has market distribution, and maybe even advanced to a better product, service and/or price by that time!
If someone in the free enterprise system is on to the spies, then they will intentionally mislead them and so cause them to make expensive, time consuming and fruitless errors putting them even further behind in their development of the stolen product or service. The bottom line is that the nation which is lacking innovation will fall further and further behind the innovative nation. The best the Communist nation can do is to drag its competition down to their level by subverting their innovation, and thereby slowing them down or stopping them altogether. This is what China’s CCP (Chinese Communist Party) is doing to America right now! The CCP can’t keep up with stealing all of the innovation of America, and so they are stifling it any way they can. One example would be (using a bought and paid for leader) Joe Biden’s shutting down of large swaths of the oil industry. Without inexpensive and abundant energy, our economy and innovation will take a hit. Indeed, contrary to Biden’s claims, America’s economy is in a big slide to the bottom! Other strategies would be to introduce drugs into the culture, and the Fentanyl crisis is in full swing, and it is well known that the CCP is behind it. Another successful strategy is to corrupt the currency and indebt the nation. Nothing to see here – right?
Communism expoits the worst in human nature while suppressing the best in human nature. Communism has another major drawback as well, and this the greatest one of all! Communism is a state religion – that is, the state is everything, and the individual is nothing. The state, and its very top leader is worshiped. This conflicts with the spiritual nature of mankind in general, and in China with the Falun Gong, and in America and Western Europe with Christianity. Christianity in particular is a thorn in the side of Communism because of its exclusive nature in recognizing one true GOD; the GOD of the Christian Bible! That’s competition the Communists don’t want because it undermines their “absolute” subjective authority in favor of an “absolute” objective authority. Scripture is clear; “You can’t serve two masters!” Communists fall into two categories – the ultra rich who control them, and the useful idiots who keep them in power!
Come quickly LORD Jesus!
