Earthquakes, floods etc. cause them concern. As a result premiums for homeowners policies offer less and cost $10,000 a year or more! But, let’s take a closer look at what’s going on in California. In California, there is only, for all intents and purposes, one political party. The Republicans do not hold enough positions to outvote the Democrats, nor to they have sufficient numbers to veto the Governor’s signature on a bill!

With that in mind, and watching how both Governor Newsom and the Democrats are doing everything they can to make California an unaffordable uninhabitable cesspool, it has to make one wonder what is their motiviation? Could it be that there is an ulterior motive? Are there people behind the curtain pulling strings to accomplish nefarious objectives?

As this writer has witnessed, there is a strategy called “urban renewal”. All big cities have urban renewal. All it amounts to is pullling police protection from a particular area of town (ripe for redevelopment), and letting the bums (homeless and drug addicts) move in and take over with no fear of reprisals. Due to the untenable quality of life, not too long after that, the residents and businesses move out and sell for $0.20 or $0.25 on the dollar, and the big boys buy them out. The “Big Boys” who told the Mayor to pull the police protection in the first place, then have the Mayor restore the police protection. Life beomes attractive in the neighborhood, and the homeless and drug addicts move on to the next prospective neighborhood for urban renewal. Meanwhile, the taxpayer is required to fund the bonds necessary to completely update the infrastructure of the target area. You know the big boys use taxpayer funding to enrich themselves. The bankers who put the bond deals together make money, and the voters always pass the bond issues, either because the election is rigged or they are too stupid to know what’s going on.

It is, in this writer’s opinion, that California is beyond urban renewal to state renewal. The government is destroying agriculture, the water supply, public safety and sanitation, the economy etc. etc. Do the corrupt legislators know what they’re doing? Doubtful! They just know that they are getting the approbaation of their handlers who finance their campaigns. Meanwhile, as planned, the population of California is in decline with net migration out of the state. The immigration is poor ignorant people for the most part, and they will play an important part in the New World Order agenda as good little minions doing menial jobs for next to nothing in pay while they get subsidized housing, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and formally known as Food Stamps). free state(ist) education for their kids and housing assistance subsidies. Of course, there are only “conspiracy theories” no conspiracy facts – just do a Google search and you’ll see! Now this writer doesn’t want to sound cynnical, but doesn’t it serve a conspiracy if they can remain secret? By the way, “conspiracy theory” is a term coined by that patriotic, always truth telling, mind your own business, love America CIA!

So, the big question is, will the Commie thugs under the guise of democracy and Democrat rule be able to succeed in running enough Californians either out of California, or into receivership so they no longer own their property, so Blackrock can come in and buy up the state? We’ll see!
