The pro-lifers need to keep the debate simple. If the Constitution is in place, and still valid, then one must define what “life” means in the Constitution. If the Constitution is no longer valid, then end of discussion. If the Constitution is no longer valid, who says so, and when did that happen?

Obviously Black’s is fudging and hedging their bets some, but still a baby in the womb would fit the definition. That being the case, the pro-abortionists will have to eliminate the Constitution, or they will have to conced they are wrong. The bottom line is that abortion is taking a life. The only time that can be done is when it is necessary in order to save another life (the mother). That instance is incredibly infrequent. At the time that Roe vs. Wade was decided, it was a big “0” factor!!!
