The link below will take you through a very well orchestrated tour of North Korea.  There is virtually no evidence of poverty, disease or death.  Note, that very few people appear to live there.  More than likely, the only people allowed to appear in the video were the people who could be trusted to tow the party line.  Almost nobody looks happy, and the place seems almost deserted except for a couple of well staged scenes.  It’s an eerie dystopian setting, and the producer of the video makes only one oblique reference to the prison/slave/torture camps.
