H.U.D. is now blatantly defying the law, as well as good sense, as well as the safety of the poor, as well as the integrity of the community.   They are housing and subsidizing criminals including murderers and rapists.  Hey, not a problem!  They’ve got to have some place to ply their trade, and it doesn’t always pay well, so they just need a little help from you the “sucker” tax payer.
